TACTICAL DESIGN LABS has resurrected the legend of XCALIBUR in its next generation of holsters. Mike Lowe has once again applied the Human Factors SCIENCE, and reality-based considerations to equipment design. This holster will accommodate your light mounted weapon with SPEED AND SECURITY. Lowe’s F.A.S.Technology provides the necessary features critical to natural reactions in high-stress situations often encountered by officers and our military.

The ergonomics are a critical design feature that allow the user to immediately and properly index their hand to the gun without the obstruction of straps, snaps, or flaps; all of which require additional movements (complexity) and /or unnatural contortions of the hand to activate a release, and in the end deliver an improper grip, and delay access.

I'm also really looking forward to getting my hands on this holster. I carry the original professional with the protruding finger guard. The only pictures I have seen of the xcaliber show it with the soft side. I hope the xcaliber will also be offered with the protruding finger guard as I feel it adds a lot more security to the holster.

Any word on a date for release?

Thanks for checking in. We are tweeking and testing the XCalibur; these engineers are perfectionists. And the Head Honcho won't release it until it's proven, being a Cop himself. We are anxious to get it done and in your hands. Thanks again for staying in touch and for your patience.

I saw this product advertised in a magazine. Where is it? Would love a T/E unit as I really liked the orginal but couldn't pull the trigger as it didn't allow for a WML.

I know the competition is tight, but your holsters are fantastic and IMHO save lives. Get your light Bearing holster on the market and I'll move them for you by word of mouth! I am a original TDL holster wearing cop. The light issue has been a constant question for would be buyers.

Thanks!
